Douglass,
 From your most recent note you show great knowledge of the culture and
diversity of other countries. Of course we don't allow black people to use
the wine fountains (which are distributed all over the continent of
Europe), sometimes they can use the water fountains - but only if they
bring their own cup.
Regarding the Basques, of course they are a mean lot blowing up whatever
annoys them. Just as well that Iraq did not annoy them, or God knows what
would have happened to Baghdad.

If your deep understanding and tolerance for those whose culture and
traditions are not EXACTLY in tune with yours is typical of the members of
the US military currently in Iraq, then the population of that country
have no long term worries about the future of their country.
