Hello - I have to buy a backpack now, and all the packs I see for sale are "20 litres" or "30 liters" or "40 litres" or "50 litres" or "60 itres" ----etc.!!!!!!!! What is the right size for a 59-year-old female to carry on the Camino? Thank you for your response! Jane Zapatera
