hi everyone-
 
sorry about the mix-up.  i am receiving our messages on serious delay for
some reason- as though my email is being filtered.  anyway, Lydia, you
always articulate well what needs to be said.  thanks for taking the words
right out of my mouth - smile - .   and i always remembered one of you
telling me that "The Camino always provides for you."  So walk in good
faith, friends- it WILL be there for you.....

too serious. Peter's points are well taken that each sello (stamp) is
special for all it represents. If I could buy a medal of honor would it mean

you are right that the point is to walk the camino.  but in case something
serious happens to you along the way, its nice to know that you can buy the
credential if for some reason you can't make it all the way.  i believe that
your memories will still be yours and you will have the credential to show
people how far you got - before whatever reason took you away from your
journey.

But isn´t the purpose of all this to precisely to walk?

Does it make any sense to buy a pilgrim credential with all the stamps when
the main aim of the way is to walk it?
