Yes. I found a short poem (or what it maigh be a part of a poem) that sais:

"A dond irá meu romeiro       Where is my romero going?

Meu romeiro a dond irá?        where is my romero going?

Camiño de Compostela         He is in the way to Compostela

Non sei s'alí chegará"            I don't know if he is going to make it.

                                            ...Or something like that...

Contrary to what many people could think, this is not Portuguese but old Spanish that actually resambles more to portuguese thatn to modern Spanish, as modern Spanish received a veery strong influence from arabic that portuguese didn't therefor changing many of the original spanish terms for arabic ones.
