Returning pilgrims

I was really interested in the messages concerning the
returning pilgrims. I agree that most of us only
experience half the pilgrimage. Even most people in
Europe take modern transportation back to their homes.

I was wondering, though: Do returning pilgrims have a
right to stay in the albergues on their way back?
