These are called orthotics and I've worn them for years including the entire
time I walked the Camino.  Before you buy the boots, go to a podiatrist and
find out if you need them.  If you do get them, you may need to wear a 1/2
larger shoe/boot size in order for them to fit comfortably.  Howard Mendes,
