Merrell Shoes... another twist

A little twist on the shoe thing... have you ever thought of getting special
insoles?  I went to a chiropractor who got me a specially made pair of "Sole
Supports" insoles and they have made a world of difference.  I do alot of
hiking and have bad knees but haven't had a single problem since I got these
insoles.  Instead, my neck, back, jaw, and hips feel better than ever.  I would
love to answer any question off of the list about these insoles or the general
info surrounding why they are important.

By the way, I only hike in Merrell brand hiking boots.  I like the full leather
(monarch i think) because of the durability and support.  You just need to go
to a store and try every boot on until you find the best kind.  Just don't go
with a cheap brand and wear the socks you would hike in (I suggest a liner and
hiking sock to prevent blisters and tearing of skin/toenails.)
