A brief segue into technology

Go to "mail", choose "mail center", in it under "manage your mail" you'll
find "mail controls" that will lead you to simple guidance to  keep you from
receiving unwanted  e-mail.  You'll need to know the provenance e-mail
address, or addresses,  that you want your computer to be protected from.
