Question

Hi I'm planning to do the Camino with my daughter (she is 22 I'm 44) this
september.
I have some serious food alergies and don't eat dairy and meat nuts etc. I
was thinking to take (there is a protein bar here in the US) that works well
for me but did not want to carry the whole supply for a month with me so I
thought about mailing to myself in Spain before I start the walk. Has
someone reveived mail on the way? If so how  does that work?
