Start date from SJPP

Hi Bert,
SJPP is shorthand for St. Jean Pied de Port, a traditional starting point
for the Camino. It is the last significant town on the French side of the
mountains on the way to Roncesvalles. It is about 30 kilometers east of
Bayonne in France.
