That's a very good list. You mention the Finish website which dissappeared.
I also noticed that but I do have a copy of the main webpage stored away
using frontpage for private reference. I have tried to reach the origonal
author via the email address given on the site but with no success, so
unfortunately, I can't publish it. You can find all the information it
contained scattered throughout the other websites you mentioned, including
