Mary Boyle from NJ whom I met on the Camino told me she and other women did
exactly what I and other guys did.  Her husband, who did not go, had a good
laugh when we graphically told him what we did (separately and privately).
By the way, more than once I saw a woman come out of the woods or a field
with a sheepish look on her face.  Fortunately I only had two "emergency
situations" in the entire month.  In retrospect, it was not so terrible.  But
at the time I was frantic that someone would discover me in a very awkward
