My friend said that he managed to order it at a Barnes and Noble retail store
in the U.S. and that it cost him about $40. He was quite pleased with it,
since both he and Robbestad had both started from Le Puy. There is one
caveat: there is more space in the book devoted to the French portion of the
trip than to the route through Spain.
