Problems with Replies

Maybe one of the computer gurus amongst you might be able to explain
something to me.

Whenever I try replying to a message on this list serve by using the reply
button,  the message never shows up.  The only way my messages appear is
when I start one from scratch. I have checked the addresses - the address
when I use reply is the same as when I start a new message.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?  Any advice?
