Friends, Forgive me for being naïve or obtuse, but with no phones, fax machines, plenty of food and drink, a bucolic, historic and friendly country(not to mention the incomparable comfort of the albergues) in the view of a sextuagenarian who finished the Camino in October, where is the mental stress?
