Where are all the children?

Bernard-
   How interesting that your view of this area differed so much from my
own.
While in Spain last summer i was struck by the beauty and independence
of all the young girls (between 3 and 6 mostly) and photographed many of
them for my portfolio.
    I was also struck by the wonderful sense of family that is displayed
every evening around the town plaza with people strolling pushing baby
carriages, children playing dressed in beautiful clothes, and many
generations conversing together.
   This was in Santiago, and all the coastal towns up to La Coruna,
primarily.  But also is Leon, Burgos and other large cities along the
way.
