get it into the new bike box.  Maybe ask them if you can watch them take a bike
out of the box so you can see how to put your bike in.  Santiago shouldn't be
any different that a bike shop in a suburb of Madrid, verdad?  And,  you can't
pack the bike too tight.  Wrap everything tight.  How they manage to beat up
the box, ugghhhhh.
