Depending on where you live, you should be able to get Scarpa boots.
Scarpa, an Italian company, has recently released a new lightweight boot
in Australia, so it should be available in Europe.
The model is called Vento (Italian for wind, I understand). It is a
softer boot than their normal leather products, with a suede/nylon mesh
type finish and is probably reasonably easy to break-in.
