Preparing and exercise

Thank you all for the great advice. Unfortunately I'm
very limited in time as I have a full-time job with
quirky hours. I've decided on cycling a couple of
miles every day on my home-trainer and some daily
power-training. one will make my legs stronger, the
other my back (I hope). I still have over a year
before I would walk the camino, so I guess that's
plenty of time to get in shape.
