2. The Pilgrimage to Santiago - Edwin Mullins
1974 republished 2001 by Signal Books 9 Park End Street Oxford OX1 1HH
This is a classic of travel writing by an expert in art and architecture.

3. Spanish Journeys A Portrait of Spain - Adam Hopkins
1992 Viking, 1993 Penguin (for the English speaking world apart from USA.)
Hopkins has loved Spain for over 30 years, but travelled the whole country
again to write the book. To understand Spanish life, religion and politics
this is a must.
