If you want to reply to an individual, then highlight the address in the
'From'
line, a screen then comes up and asks you if you want to send an E-mail (if
you are in AOL) press yes and then you get the E-mail screen with the address
already in it and can proceed with writing your message or answer and sent it
off.
Conversely you can highlight it, then click edit, copy, then open an E-mail
screen, put cursor in address box and click edit, paste and proceed with your
message from there.
