sjpp - taxi and weather etc

hi ffolks
in case anybody needs this info....
a taxi from bayonne to sjpp is about 75 - 85 (i presume in euros)
the lady in the sjpp tourist office said that it had snowed, and there was
snow on the high route,
and suggested taking the valley route instead.
hopefully the sun will be shining and the snows melted by 23/4

ps somebody was asking about the golite breeze,
this is what i am taking... YOU MUST KEEP YOUR PACK WEIGHT DOWN!!!
there is no hip belt, its also worth loading it up and doing several hikes
if only to
get past the pain in the shoulder stage.
