Hi, Peter's input was superb - excellent advise. The thing that helped us get over the shock of the first day from SJPP was the fact that we had done a fair bit of hill walking before the trip. We are not mountaineers or super fit (far from it), but our legs at least were used to climbing hills. Happy walking Joe
