I cannot believe you are back - it seems like I was just writing to you for your list of light weight items to bring! So if all the refugios are booked so early, is it difficult to find space in hotels/hostals? Do you need to be a member of a hostel group? Is it cool to sleep outside without tent most nights? lisa
