You'll arrive at Charles de Gaulle and take the bus/taxi or metro to Gare
the Montparnasse.
However there are direct TGV's from the Gaulle to Bordeaux/Bayonne
They're running at:  07,45/ 8.55/13.45/18.54 and 19.38
 From Montparnasse ( bienvenue) there are several  more options.
There you take the TGV to Bayonne/ Hendaye (however for the TGV reservation
is compulsory
You can do this by you travel agent, or at Gare the Montparnasse (either the
"welcome points") or this machines. The trip to Bayonne will take you
 From Bayonne you take a autobus CAR ( provided by the SNCF) or TER
 Transport Express Regional) from Bayonne direction St Etienne de Baigorry
