Plus Ultra (in Astoria) specializes in Iberia tickets and Spain travel.  I
have used them for the past ten years or so and have been more than
satisfied.  Their phone No. is  (718) 278-1818, you can ask for Valentin.
For other parts of the world (Paris?) you may try Yolanda Burgos' agency
(718) 845-0244, ask for Yolanda herself.  These two agencies are small, run
by their owners, and give a lot of personal attention. You needn't go to
their offices,  they always send me the tickets.
