liturgies and prayer on camino

Are there any formal liturgies for the pilgrimage or prayers?  Where are
there special services blessing pilgrims along the French Route, or
opportunities for community worship?  Does anyone know of Anglican churches
along the route or in Santiago (I want to incorporate the Eucharist, but
being protestant.........)?

I am leaving around May 6th from the US, and plan to start from St. Jean no
later than the tenth.  Anyone leaving around then?
