bugs, "beddyby", bottles

Dear Jessica, I walked through the end of April, all of May and arrived in
Santiago on June 1st. I carried a mosquito head net which I never found a
use for. Insects just did not seem to be a problem. I did not hear of ticks
but they are everywhere so there must be some on the Camino. I changed
cloths at night after bathing and if it was cold I slept in the fresh
cloths. If warm I slept in my underclothing. Here in Florida we have
"chiggers," a tick like critter, which are very bad in the summer. Whatever
bugs that are there on the Camino must get worse with the warmer weather.
