I am so sorry to hear about your multiple fractures, you must have had a very
serious fall. I hope the pain has by now been put under control so that you
can function better. It will take time and patience and if you still plan to
go to Sevilla, you probably will need someone to go with you, but even so it
will put the body under considerable stress. I do wish you complete and rapid
restoration of your health and bones.
I believe 'poste restante' in Spanish is something like 'en lista de
correos'; I will presently find out.
