Perhaps things have changed. I was in Egypt two weeks ago and used the ATMs at the airport, the bazaar and the Heliopolis Sheraton, in Cairo and they only dispensed Egyptian pounds; the at Luxor and Alexandria ATMs dispensed only Egyptian pounds as well. Regards, Rosina
