restaurantes and bars have their own selllo,
Add to this list teh Guardia Vivil ( local police)

The official; word is that two stamps are required per day.  but you have
certainly seen the comments that the suthorities in Santiago are not being too
strict about this.

Late September early October is great.  No problems in finding beda.  Reefugios
often only half full
