Last minute important questions.

I am a first time pilgrim and will be departing tomorrow or Monday (the 10th
or 11th) for Spain and plan to start walking  from Burgos to Sarria by the
end of  next week.
I will have in hand a Credential as supplied to me  by Friends of the Road to
Compostela.  Where do the documents get stamped? At the stamping locations,
are there any special hours of operation, etc.?  Also, I have noted some
discussion about needing "2 stamps" in some areas of the camino, can anyone
please enlighten me on that point?

M'Lou Zahner,  Your sharing of your recent experience on some of the same
portions of the Camino which I will be walking was of special interest.  Did
you stay in the refugios  and were any of them any better or worse than
others?  Did you experience any difficulty finding space for 3 together on a
nightly basis?  I will be alone on this walk but plan to have my wife and
adult daughter with me to walk Sarria to Santiago in late September early
October.
