About myself / dog question

...As a dog person I'll put my  2 cents in to this discussion.  I would
hesitate to bring my dog on the Camino for one reason...other dogs.  On my
Camino I came across 3 different flocks of sheep...guarded by very protective
sheep dogs.  It was all I could do to fend off these dogs (a great use for
the walking stick); it would have been a nightmare if I had to also protect
my dog companion.  For what it's worth...Jim
