Necessary gear

Hola.  I walked the Camino from St. Jean to Compostela last
September-October and found that almost everyone started with too much and
sent things back or ahead.  I checked in at the airport with 16-17 pounds
and had no need for more gear.  You do not need a tent and I think I only
saw two on the whole Camino.  Buen viaje.  Gary Barko
