Yes, that's the guide.  Thanks for reminding me.

There is one problem with most of the cycle guides.  The elevation pictures
are not plotted correctly so the slopes are wrong.  They do not use the
actual distance between the points.  They use equal distances between the
points which gives the wrong slopes.
