Maison Cowboy

Dear Camino buddies:
Does anymone know the name of the lady who run "maison Cowboy" or "Bar Cowboy" in El Ganso?
It is between Astorga and Rabanal del Camino.  It is in the State of Leon.  And also would you have her address.
She did us a big favor and we wanted to send her a Christmas card.  We have a photo taken with her but as you know we can't attach it here.
