Dear pilgrims of this alberque !
May I have for a short while your attention !
Our guest Howard Murphy from Scotland is about to leave for Bilbao and then
will be provided by a donkey cart and carer/translator ( by Ales) to do his
Camino ending somewhere in October in Fisterra.
As this is a very special undertaking – and I hold much more respect for
pilgrims who go into the unknown, than pilgrims who arrived at Compostelle,
despite the hardships they endured – I’d like you to send all your best
thoughts and wishes to this very special quest and pilgrim !.
Here in Holland a candle will be there, during his travels, to remind me!
May he fare well, enjoy the Camino as we did, that his preparations may be
good and result in seeing St.James.
May his Way so that he will experience the things full of wonder of the
Camino and find courage and friendship on his Way.
