tatoos

[Mary Virtue]

I'm going to wade in here.....being a mother whose daughter hastwo
tattoos.  One is the japanese symbol for friendship which she and 4 others
got at the end of their first year of university.  The other is a shell,
which she and her friend Barb, had tattooed when they returned from their
Camino in October 2000.  These are memories for her and important symbols
for her.  I don't think they say anthing less about the meaning of the
Camino for her or anybody else.
