Santiago and Jerusalem

Does anyone know whether there may be a Santiago related church or

There is a St. James church in Jerusalem, but I have not been there. Other
sites in the Holy Land generally, as opposed to Jerusalem in particular,
which are closely linked to James would include the Cenacle or Upper Room
and St. Peter's house in Capernaum.

The Upper Room is not the actual structure in which the last supper was
celebrated which, very likely, was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD.
However, there is a high probability it occupies the same space and it is
commonly visited by pilgrims for that reason. Peter's house is in fact his
mother in law's. There is a high probability (approaching certainty) that
Jesus lived here in the early stages of his ministry. He healed the servant
of the centurion, dined in the house of Levi, and attended the synagogue
close by. James, of course, lived in the town and it is very likely he was
in this house regularly. The same could be said for all the Apostles.

The most sacred of all sites in Christendom for many is the Church of the
Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. That is the goal of a great many pilgrims to
the Holy Land.
