Santiago and Jerusalem

Hello you all,
I have been invited to go to Egypt at the end of May. Since it is so very
near though I would jump over to Jerusalem for a visit.
I know that the three classic pilgrimages are to Rome, Santiago and
Jerusalem. Does anyone know whether there may be a Santiago related church or
society in Jerusalem?  Or any site in the Holy Land which may be (somewhat
closely) linked to our Apostle?
I will very much appreciate any information.
