To address one of my action items, how does the following read:

 	The totalorder functions determine whether the total order
 	relationship is true for the ordered pair of *x, *y . The total
 	order relationship is fully specified in ISO/IEC 60559. These
 	functions raise no floating-point exceptions, even if *x or *y is
 	a signaling NaN and their results are independent of the rounding
 	direction modes.
