[cfp-interest 3881] Table F.2 within Annex F of C2Y

In F.3#1, C operators, functions and function-like macros are collectively
called C facilities.

But they appear in a column of Table F.2 with the label "C operations". 
These are collectively ISO/IEC 60559 operatons but they are C facilities 
(unless we want to change that collective noun). What do we do?

Also, is FLT_RADIX in that table a function-like macro. I would say that
with a trailing parenthesis pair it would be, but without them????

I believe that F.2 should be renumbered as Table F.1 as it is the first 
table in Annex F.
