Hello Alex,
Comments on N3581 from CFP:

In the Impact section: Put the “I” replacement code into the standard somewhere. Perhaps in the complex.h section as a note (7.3.1)? CFP can do it as a paper if requested, but it would be better to be in this paper. As an aside, it should be <complex.h> not <complex> in the paper.

In the 7.3#3 change: N3537 changes the same text (merge conflict), so just a note to be sure we get the right final text.
In 6.7.11#28 change: In 6.2.5#17 we talk about how to write complex values ("x + iy”). “… c with value 5.0 + i 3.0" should be “c with value 5 + i 3" since it is a value (math), not a C expression. Perhaps also change 'j' to be another variable name since electrical engineers use j for the imaginary unit to avoid even more confusion.
In 7.3.9.5 change: Does not account for N3536. N3536 makes this all go away (uses the CMPLX macro). Suggest removing this.
In the G.3.2#5 change: Doesn't take into account the latest working draft. Not sure what the change means. Possibly obsolete?

Regards,
