[cfp-interest 3392] DTS ballot comments

This message follows up on a CFP action item to review the DTS ballot comments for the revisions of TS-4 and TS-5.

For the DTS 18661-4 ballot, there were two comments (GB-001 and GB-002), both from United Kingdom. Both identify clearly editorial errors and the proposed changes are straightforward and simple. I recommend that CFP agree with the comments and the proposed changes.

For the DTS 18661-5 ballot, the only comment was from United Kingdom (GB). The error identified in the comment appeared in the earliest drafts (from 2022-11-01) for the revision of the first edition which did not have the error. I could find no documentation or reason for the error. I recommend that CFP agree with the comment and the proposed change.
