[Cfp-interest 3043] Kahan's paper regarding pow(0,0)

On this morning's call, I agreed to send William Kahan's paper regarding
0^0. Please find attached both a 1988 version, prepared for his lecture
course that summer, and a 1983 version that's a true period piece.
