What is scary is that I missed it. I can see why. The 15 (or 17 actually) 
paragraphs in F.10.1 have no real structure. The equivalent seen in what 
is now G.4.1 (in N3301.pdf) is far more collated in terms of concepts. I 
will see what can be done.

Because we are now working against n3301, please note that my DRAFT 
modifications were done against n3220.pdf, not against the latest in 
n3301.pdf. I will try and rework my DRAFT before Wednesday but no
promises.
