Many years ago I had a fairly active mailing list,
numeric-interest at ucbtest.org,
which has since become very quiet, though I jus reposted the ARITH CFP
there.

Unlike cfp-interest, which is mostly about the C interface to 754,
or stds-754, which is mostly about 754-specific issues,
numeric-interest was intended to be more general.

You could try posting there and see if there are any useful responses.
