[Cfp-interest 2939] FW: Possible editorial fix needed for H.2.1

Hello,

Aaron noticed an issue in H.2.1 and has suggested that we fix it (see forwarded message). I have already agreed that the change is correct. Are there any other comments or issues with this? We can discuss it during our meeting on Wednesday.

H.2.1p1 has two tables which both say: p, precision in bits

I am 99% sure that should be precision in digits, not bits. See
5.2.4.2.2p2 which is what's cross referenced from H.2.1 for the
floating-point model parameters.

I CCed Rajan just to be sure that there's agreement this is incorrect
and that my fix is correct.
