I am 99% sure that should be precision in digits, not bits. See<br>
5.2.4.2.2p2 which is what's cross referenced from H.2.1 for the<br>
floating-point model parameters.<br>

I CCed Rajan just to be sure that there's agreement this is incorrect<br>
and that my fix is correct.<br>
