[Cfp-interest 2350] Floating constant editorial fix

It has been pointed out to us:

N2596 uses the following terms:
- floating constant (61 times)
- floating-point constant (4 times)

Also: N2596 uses both:
- hexadecimal floating constant (12 times)
- hexadecimal floating-point constant (1 time)


Given that 6.4.4.2 uses the term "floating constant",  we believe that
"floating-point constant" should be change to "floating constant"
everywhere..
